The Award winning Black Lion Hotel in Long Melford is looking for a Jnr Sous chef as well as a chef de partie for their 2 AA Rosette restaurant. Salary is negotiable depending on experience, unfortunately there is no accommodation with either position so it would suit a chef who lives locally.
